Coaching / Mentorship

Extensive one on one coaching / mentoring programme to release trauma, empower and activate your life using Taoist energy practices, Shamanic & Tantric practices in structure of Peruvian Medicine Wheel working with 4 archetypes and 4 directions. This includes healing sessions / workshops / mentorship / rituals / ceremonies once a week, either in person or via zoom, and online support 5 days a week. The price is for one month, however the programm is recommended to follow at least for 4 months to get empowered and create lasting changes. This programme is suitable for both men and women.

Huacha Removal

Huacha is an energetic parasite, a lower frequency energy attachment / entity / thoughtform that can attach to our energy field from the outside and bring our frequency down and drain us. This is unfortunately really common in today’s society and can happen easily when your spirit and body go out of alignment. A Huatcha removal can bring you back into alignment, into feeling like yourself again with higher energy levels and lightness. It is possible to turn around long-lasting low energy state and depression with this short therapy session – when energetic parasites have been removed from your energy field life may suddenly seem light and full of ease again. However it is recommended to have a shamanic healing not long after to balance the energy centres for huatcha not to be able to come back.

This therapy is done in person, stood up, using kinesiology and an extraction crystal. This is a part of every other longer therapy I offer.

On it’s own, this is recommended for someone who knows how to hold space for oneself and balance ones energy afterwards.

Shamanic Healing

Shamanic Healing can help you process through challenging energies, leave behind heaviness and get lifted into a higher frequency by ridding your energetic field of any outer lower frequency energies, detecting blockages in energy centres and charging each energy centre. Things like childhood traumas and suppressed emotions may arise and get released from your energy field. We work on harmonizing relationships with parents and partners, strengthen the relationship with ancestors, bring power back from past lives and other people. If needed we call back lost soul pieces, restore self-love and appreciation at the subconscious levels, help release addictions, and harmonize interpersonal bonds by cutting all disharmonious bonds to return to sovereignty. Therapy crystals, wands, grids and other shamanic power tools are used in this process.

Body De-armouring

Body De-armouring is a therapy where we release the body’s energetic armor – traumas and emotions that have been stored in the cellular memory during our life, which we not have fully experienced or integrated. This protective burden stored in the body adds stress to our nervous system and keeps our frequency lower. It hinders the flow of our life force energy / sexual energy, our ability to connect from the heart, and affects our behavior patterns and relationship with ourselves and others. By freeing yourself from this burden, the body becomes more sensitive, responsive and sexual energy can flow more freely, the feeling of well-being increases, behavioral patterns can change, and self-love can grow. This therapy takes 2- 2.5 hours, light clothing is optional. Please leave the evening free from other bookings as it is important to rest and integrate after the session.

Distant Shamanic Healing & Energy Correction

Physical illnesses manifest into the body after there has been an imbalance in the astral body. In shamanic healing we focus on healing the astral body first, so that the physical body can follow with returning into a state of balance. It is not necessary to work on the astral body by touching and while being in the same room as energy travels in speed of thought. It can be even more powerful to receive a distant healing instead as your nervous system relaxes as you stay in the comfort of your own home. At the beginning of the session we will have a call to talk about the issues, then it is necessary to put the phone down and go into deep relaxation. You will be called after the healing to discuss the session about what information has been received and how to go forward with integration. The session lasts about 1 hour.

Full Body TaoTantric Activation

Full Body TaoTantric Activation is a powerful practice to awaken body’s capacity to feel pleasure. In this process we activate the whole body’s meridian system and fill the body with orgasmic energy. This is a highly therapeutic experience where we pack creative life force energy in every cell of the body and you can experience how deeply healing Shakti energy can be. It can also bring on painful memories and release a lot of trauma from intimate areas which can lead to heightened levels of sensitivity and a new capacity to feel pleasure. After this activation you can experience an afterglow that can stay with you for a long time.

This is a clothes off practice which includes perineum massage / trauma release and gentle touch on the yoni.

Massage oil and conscious touch is used in this deeply safe and held intimate healing practice.

”I remember waking up in the morning and not wanting to come at all (my usual rebellion against things that actually work well for me). Fortunately, I pulled myself together and decided to come anyway, and at the moment I can honestly say that it was the best decision in my life so far! I'll start at the beginning... First of all, whatever cleansing it was in the beginning, I felt at peace for the first time in my life. You cleared some energies and it was all so so so freeing! Unbelievable! After that, we started the illumination process and I chose co-dependence as a topic, which has figured very strongly in our family for generations. I have researched and drilled this topic for 8 years and dealt with it as best I can and with such means as I have found, but the road to healing it has been somewhat difficult and slow. I remember lying down, I couldn't even imagine what was going to happen, I was excited, scared, anxious. When the healing processes started, I saw glimpses of my ancestors, their actions, and also everything that needs to be forgiven so that I can start healing those patterns. Anger, grief, the pain of betrayal, guilt, all those feelings that I have carried with me all my life, which have oppressed me enormously, came up from inside me. All this mess was released and to my surprise, most of it was not even the baggage of myself, but as a "good child" I wanted it to be easier for my parents and I took on a lot of their unresolved emotions. The feeling that I had after this healing session... I have never felt anything like this, in all my 28 years... To be whole, just Me, Merily, the feeling and the lightness that I felt after that is simply incredible to this day. All this has attracted many different other energies that need to be integrated and digested, but it all takes time. Healing can be a challenging journey and often when we are in difficult situations and life gets rough, our frequency comes down which feels like having a blindfold on. We may not even know exactly why we are feeling low and drained. We may become unable to know how to heal ourselves or how to get out of this lower vibrational space, we tend to forget all the good things that keep us well. It may be more difficult to get into connection with our higher self to start healing in this space. It is important to know that in these situations we are not alone and help is there to get you out of the lower frequency into a more empowered state, to feel like ourselves again and gain connection with our healing gifts.

Huacha removal

Often when we go out of alignment we go into a shift with our astral body from our physical. In these cases we are vulnerable to outer negative energies to attach onto our energy field, especially when we are in a triggered state and ruminating about something negative or having disharmonious self-talk. In these situations huacha (lower frequency energy attachment / entity / thoughtform / energetic parasite) can attach to our energy field and bring our frequency down. This is really common and a simple energy attachment – Huacha removal can bring us back into alignment into feeling like ourselves again. Sometimes it is possible to turn around long-lasting depression with one healing session, if a huacha has been removed from the energy field we may feel much lighter agian, like magic!

Soul Retrieval

When we experience traumatic situations in our lives, soul loss can occur. We may disassociate from our bodies when in a traumatic experience, to not feel the full impact of the trauma. Have you ever gone through something traumatic that seemed painful, but actually you were in such shock that you did not feel anything? In these cases a part of our psyche disassociates, or in shamanic perspective, a part of our soul flees to either Lower, Middle or Upper world. When a soul loss has occurred, we may feel not fully ourselves, like something is missing, we may fall into addictions trying to fill the emptiness inside. In some cases soul loss happens when we are very young due to being left in the cradle for too long or felt abandoned by some reason. When we are young and vulnerable, insignificant situations may feel very significant and envoke soul loss. In soul retrieval we go into a journey to find the soul pieces missing and convey them to come back. After the session you may feel whole again, a new sense of satisfaction or completeness may occur. You may even be able to quit addictions easily as they are no longer needed to fill the emptiness within.

Shamanic Healing Session

Shamanic Healing is a 1.5 – 2 hour long deep healing session that can create drastic changes in your life that last. First we do an energetic cleanse and get rid of any negative spirit attachments, entities, chords and thoughtforms that do not serve your highest good. Then we go deeper into the illumination process and work on a topic that arises. Then we scan the body and identify which energy centres are not working properly, where energy is not flowing harmoniously and move those blockages. Thn we check for any soul pieces that are missing that would like to come back or any magical powers and gifts that have got stuck or gone missing somewhere, and call them back. Throughout the session we release suppressed emotions that are stored in the cell memory. I incorporate different energy release techniques to release trauma. Things may come to surface that you had no idea about, ready to be integrated. You may find that life starts changing in a positive way after this session.
